We are the first Indian company who has introduced bioTRANSOL Natural Ester fluid in the market way back in year 2016. Made from carefully selected best quality raw materials; bioTRANSOL is best in class natural ester fluid showcase superior biodegradability, non-toxicity towards aquatic life and make it safer choice for environmentally sensitive projects. It is K2 class fluid offering better fire safety for transformers. Having tested extensively at renowned national and international laboratories for its properties at Electrical Research Development Association, Central Power Research Institute, Laborelec (Belgium), Terna (Italy), Siemens-Germany, GEOCHEM, Intertek as well as approved by all leading major Transformer OEMs in India and abroad. bioTRANSOL is used in many projects across the industry in various voltage class transformers.

Key Features

  1. Designed for superior fire safety with high flash and fire points (K-class) — flash point of 320–330°C, fire point of 350–360°C, higher than many standard mineral-based or competing ester-based fluids.
  2. Readily biodegradable and non-toxic, with certifications from FM Global (USA) and UL for fire safety and eco-friendliness.
  3. Enhanced moisture tolerance, oxidation stability, and extremely low pour point (-15 to -21℃), supporting superior cooling in wide climates.
  4. Excellent dielectric properties: Dielectric breakdown voltage up to 70 kV (2.5 mm gap).
  5. High fire and flash points for increased fire safety.
  6. Non-corrosive, low water content, and long-term oxidation stability.
  7. Superior viscosity index for better cooling performance at both high and low temperatures.
